Opened in 2017, Bryson Court is the largest of all our 5 buildings and is loved by many residents as the ‘heart’ of the village. It’s home to our village reception, largest social area and two study pods – all free to use facilities for residents throughout our village. The massive social area plays host to many of the village events, and its numerous seating areas, large TVs, PS4, pool table, table tennis and kitchen area, make ‘The Social’ a hugely popular venue for many students in our community.

There are three laundries, two social spaces, study spaces, a residents’ only gym, two study pods, numerous bike stores, secure access, the friendliest reception team in the city, and a partridge in a pear tree! Bryson Court consists of cluster flats with 4-7 en-suite rooms per flat. Each flat is decorated with neutral tones and flashes of vibrant colour; every en-suite room comes with a ¾ bed, under bed storage, study desk and large en-suite shower room. The communal area in every flat has a sizeable living/dining area, a dishwasher in the kitchen and a flat screen TV in the living area.
