Opened in 2015, Rosedale Court is the second largest building in Portland Green Student Village and one of the most loved by students. Rosedale offers great communal living with en-suite rooms throughout. Its courtyard is a hub for outdoor meet-ups with ample seating and grass areas to sit and chill with friends.
Rosedale Court is home to the village gym, which residents across Portland Green have access to. The gym is a favourite of many of our students, with some choosing Rosedale specifically for its ease of access to the gym facilities.

Rosedale Court may be one of the older buildings in the village (if anyone could consider 5 ‘old’!), but it continues to be excellently maintained for our on-site team. You may find a room in Rosedale Court is a few pounds cheaper a week, but you’ll still enjoy the same high-quality en-suite student living as the other residents in the village. The laundry is conveniently located in the courtyard so Rosedale residents don’t have to travel far to put on a load. The building is at the heart of the village and directly opposite Bryson Court reception; an easy 20 second walk to pick up your deliveries from our reception team!
Cluster flats in Rosedale Court are very popular with groups of students booking together. They’re attracted by the price and choice of flats, varying from 4 to 7 en-suite bedrooms per flat. Each en-suite room comes with a ¾ bed, under bed storage, study desk and en-suite shower room. The communal area in every flat has shared living/dining area with a neutral palette, working brilliantly with the wood-effect kitchen units.
